The 10th February 2013 might herald the Year of the Snake in China but at USB2U HQ we’re already celebrating a number of significant developments this year!
As we enter our 11th year of business we’ve embarked upon an investment program that will see us offer what we believe will be an unparalleled level of service and product options to anyone wanting to buy top quality promotional USB flash drives in the UK.
To kick things off we’ve added 10 new USB memory sticks to our portfolio, we’ve introduced some additional packaging and gift box options, we’ve extended the range of printing, engraving and dome resin options we offer and finally we’ve invested heavily in additional professional data loading machines to enable us to copy the data onto thousands of USB sticks every day.
In response to the growing demand from customers for promotional USB flash drives delivered within 24-48hrs we have increased our investment in UK stock and we can now offer 17 different USB sticks on our “Rush Service”. The products included in this service are all highlighted on our web site and are typically available in a range of different colours and memory sizes. We’re also currently expanding our premises to accommodate more sales and support staff and more equipment which in turn will allow us to handle more rush enquiries – the building works (scheduled for completion in February 2013) will see us increase our total workspace to 4,500sq ft.
For 2013 all of our deliveries will be sent via a next day courier that delivers within a defined 1hr time slot – this “delivery slot” is emailed and sent via text and provides an enhanced level of service to our customers who can then plan their day around their allocated delivery slot.
To gather feedback from our customers on how they think we handled their orders we’ve partnered with TrustPilot (one of the leading 3rd party review sites) and this feedback (good and bad) is published on their website. We’re using this information to adapt the service we offer making us a better and stronger company. Additionally, the reviews posted by our customers give prospective customers a true and objective insight about us and enables them to make an informed decision before they commit their order to us.
