Ordering your Promotional USB Memory Sticks Just Got Easier
At USB2U we pride ourselves on continually investing in our business to make sure that our customers have the best possible experience whenever they choose to buy promotional USB memory sticks from us.
Over the last 12 months we have invested significant sums of money in our in-house capability to print, engrave and data-load USB sticks. At the same time we have also extended the range of type and memory size of USB sticks that we hold in stock in our UK warehouse and we have added to our in-house design team so that we can turn around mock-up requests more quickly.
The net effect of this is that we offer an unparalleled “from stock” service. No more waiting 5-6 days for delivery and no more worries about whether your order will get “stuck in customs” (most other suppliers import their USB sticks from China so irrespective of what they promise there is always the risk that they’ll get held up en-route) – you want your USB sticks the next day then NO problem – we have lots to choose from.
The one “hassle” factor that our customers faced in ordering from us was confirming their order – because it’s a business to business “transaction” we have a formal order form that needs signing and returning to us – in essence this is the “contract” between us and our customer; it sets out what we’re going to do and what USB memory sticks we’re going to provide and importantly when and where we’re going to deliver them to. It’s a key document, it protects our customers and clearly sets out what’s expected of both parties and we don’t start any anything until we have it signed and returned. Up until today that meant printing it off, signing it and then either faxing it back to us, posting it back or scanning and emailing it back – all of which are time consuming, clumsy and not exactly quick!
So, after much research and after gathering feedback from our customers we are today introducing Docusign which allows our customers to use electronic signatures to sign off their order forms and proofs. In practice this means that our customers can sign off and return their order forms from their PC, their smart phone or their tablet – no more printing off of documents, no more faxes and no more time consuming scanning, saving and emailing – now it’s a couple of clicks and you’re done!
It’s safe, secure and legally binding and today it’s used by over 65,000 companies including BA, BP, BSkyB, British Gas and Halfords to name but a few.
